Overruns & Underruns

All orders are subject to a 3–5% overrun or underrun. Orders requiring exact quantities must specify this clearly on the purchase order.

Set-Up Charges

Set-up fees apply as listed on individual product pages.
* No set-up charge applies on exact repeat orders.

Artwork Requirements

Please submit artwork in outlined vector formats (e.g., .AI, .EPS, or vector-based PDF).
If there are any issues, our artwork team will reach out for clarification or support.

Proofs

• First proof is provided within 24–48 business hours after order placement.

• Production begins only after written approval of the proof.

• Additional design work or edits beyond standard setup may incur an art charge of $65/hour.

Engraving Charges

• Engraving includes 1 logo, 1 side, 1 location.

• Additional locations or sides may incur an extra charge. See product specifications for details.

• Artwork and text will be sized appropriately to fit the engraving area.

Minimum Orders

Minimums vary by product. Please refer to the product description for specific order requirements.

Samples

Samples are billed at EQP pricing plus shipping and are subject to product availability in-house.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders ship via UPS.

• Prepayment is required unless prior credit arrangements have been approved.

• Drop shipments to multiple locations are available and may include handling charges.

• Veteran Awards is not responsible for shipments sent to residential or home addresses. We strongly recommend using verified business/commercial addresses.

Freight Claims / Breakage

• Claims must be filed with UPS within 3 business days of delivery.

• Retain all packaging and take photos to assist with claims.

• Title to goods transfers at the time of shipment.

Merchandise Returns

• Customized or engraved products are non-returnable.

• Items with defective workmanship will be replaced at our discretion and expense.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled without penalty by 5:00 PM EST on the day they are placed.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once proofs are approved or engraving has started.

Production Time

Standard production is 7–10 business days from proof approval. Rush options may be available.

Rush Orders

Contact us directly — we’ll make every effort to meet your in-hand date.

Trademarks & Branding

• Responsibility for trademark use lies with the customer.

• We may photograph or showcase completed items unless a written request is made to opt out.

Payment Terms

• All orders must be prepaid unless credit terms are arranged in advance.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and ACH transfers.

• No Net Terms unless pre-approved.

All prices are subject to change. Please confirm pricing via phone or email before placing your order.

Art Approval Process

Final responsibility for accuracy lies with the customer.
We guarantee to produce artwork exactly as approved, including layout, spelling, and size.

Force Majeure

Veteran Awards is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, labor disputes, port congestion, shipping carrier delays, or Customs holds. Documentation can be provided upon request.
