General Information


Artwork can be sent as .eps, .jpg, pdf or .tif files. If there are difficulties, our artwork department will contact you.


There is no additional charge for logos. Text and Artwork may be sized by Veteran Awards, Inc. according to the size of the engraving area.


There are NO minimum order amounts required for most glass and crystal awards. Some other products do have minimums based upon manufacturer's minimums.


Our artwork team will create your 1st proofs within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. Engraving does not begin until Veteran Awards, Inc. has an approved proof.


Samples will be billed at EQP cost plus shipping. Samples must be returned within 30 days. We will credit your invoices less freight when they are returned.


Orders are shipped  FEDEX with shipping due at time of shipping.


We can drop ship direct to the location(s) of your choice. 


For breakage, claim must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection and take photos. Title to goods passes to buyer at F.O.B. point.


Etched awards cannot be returned. Samples must be returned within 30 days for a full credit less cost of shipping. Defective workmanship will always be replaced at our cost/our discretion.


You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST or PST) to cancel your order for a full refund. If cancelled before proofs have been sent for approval no restocking fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once approved proofs engraving has begun.


Please allow 7-10  business days for production once art approval has been approved.

Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logos shown in this catalog are from our customers and used for display purposes only. Endorsement of any products should not be implied in any case. All photographs are the sole property of Veteran Awards, Inc., Any use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. 


All orders must be paid in full when order is placed unless credit terms are arranged in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

The art approval process is the most crucial step in any personalization business. Customer must carefully approve all layout, sizing and spelling. Once customer approves artwork liability shifts to customer who agrees not to hold Veteran Awards, Inc., responsible for changes not requested prior to final approval. Veteran Awards, Inc., makes its best effort at all times to get the artwork correct for our customers and guarantees to etch artwork exactly as customer approves.
