Set up charges will apply to orders as specified. This charge is listed on each individual product page. Set up charge on exact repeat orders, unless stated in individual product information, will be $25.00(G).
Artwork can be sent as .eps, .jpg, pdf or .tif files. If there are difficulties, our artwork department will contact you.
There is no additional charge for logos 1 side, 1 location. Text and Artwork may be sized by Veteran Awards, Inc. according to the size of the engraving area.

Our artwork team will create your 1st proofs within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. Engraving does not begin until Veteran Awards, Inc. has an approved proof. Our artwork charge is $65.00 per hour.
Samples will be billed at EQP cost plus shipping.
Orders are shipped FEDEX or UPS with payment due prior to release of product.
We can drop ship direct to the location(s) of your choice. Multiple locations will incur an additional handling charge.
For breakage, claim must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection and take photos. Title to goods passes to buyer at time of shipment.
Etched or customized awards cannot be returned. Defective workmanship will always be replaced at our cost/our discretion.
You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST or PST) to cancel your order for a full refund. If cancelled before proofs have been sent for approval no restocking fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once approved proofs engraving has begun or purchase order is submitted.
Please allow 7-10 business days from proof approval for production.

Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logos shown in this catalog are from our customers and used for display purposes only. Endorsement of any products should not be implied in any case.
