Artwork can be sent as .eps, .jpg, pdf or .tif files. If there are difficulties, our artwork department will contact you.

ENGRAVING CHARGES

There is no additional charge for logos 1 side, 1 location. Text and Artwork may be sized by Veteran Awards, Inc. according to the size of the engraving area.

PROOFS

Our artwork team will create your 1st proofs within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed. Engraving does not begin until Veteran Awards, Inc. has an approved proof. Our artwork charge is $65.00 per hour.

SAMPLES

Samples will be billed at EQP cost plus shipping.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped  FEDEX or UPS with payment due prior to release of product.

DROP SHIPMENTS

We can drop ship direct to the location(s) of your choice. Multiple locations will incur an additional handling charge.

FREIGHT CLAIMS/BREAKAGE

For breakage, claim must be made with the carrier within 3 days upon receipt of shipment. In the event of breakage, be sure to save all cartons and packaging for inspection and take photos. Title to goods passes to buyer at time of shipment.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Etched or customized awards cannot be returned. Defective workmanship will always be replaced at our cost/our discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have until the end of the business day on the day your order is placed (5:00 pm EST or PST) to cancel your order for a full refund. If cancelled before proofs have been sent for approval no restocking fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once approved proofs engraving has begun or purchase order is submitted.

PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow 7-10  business days from proof approval for production.

TRADEMARKS

Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logos shown in this catalog are from our customers and used for display purposes only. Endorsement of any products should not be implied in any case. All photographs are the sole property of Veteran Awards, Inc., Any use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All orders must be paid in full prior to release to shipping, when order is placed unless credit terms are arranged in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No Net Terms are Accepted.

Once customer approves artwork liability shifts to customer who agrees not to hold Veteran Awards, Inc., responsible for changes not requested prior to final approval. Veteran Awards, Inc., makes its best effort at all times to get the artwork correct for our customers and guarantees to etch artwork exactly as customer approves.
